championscoffee.me is run by Brewing Gadgets Trading LLC, trading as Champions Coffee, a brand of Brewing Gadgets. Light Industrial Unit 04, B1 & B2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, P.O. Box 341041, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence number 709589.

Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.

Products and prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless we say otherwise. Coffee is a natural product, so colour, size and flavour can vary a little from one harvest or batch to the next. Product photos are for illustration. If we make a mistake with a price or description, we'll contact you before we process your order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price is wrong. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Paymob.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas, for the charges and within the times set out in our Delivery Policy. The products are your responsibility once they've been delivered.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns Policy explains what you can return and how. For food safety reasons, opened coffee can only be returned if there's something wrong with it. Equipment is covered by the warranty shown on its product page.

Business customers

If you're buying for a business, your quotation or supply agreement sets out your prices, minimum orders, payment terms, training and service. Where it differs from these terms, your agreement applies.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for anything done through your account.

Our content

The Champions Coffee name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai will deal with any dispute.
